Lanmar has been machining small, medium and structural parts using high speed and precision 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC Machining. With particular emphasis on machining of special alloys such as titanium, inconel, aluminum, stainless steel, steel alloys among others. It is specialized in ULTRA high pressure jet cutting, manufacturing and assemble of machines, special equipments, cnc BENDING MACHINE, assembles and flanged nut riveting, mechanical assembles, composite aircraft floor parts. Lanmar is ISO 9001: 2000, NBR 15100:2004 certified and its ISO 14001:2000 quality for 35 years. Presently with its own facility located in Hortolândia, in the State of São Paulo, totaling 60.000 sqm and 9.000sqm of manufacturing area Lanmar is ready to the challenges expected for 2009. Also the facility is strategically located close to Anhanguera and Bandeirantes Highway and to Viracopos International Airport.
Founded in 1973, the first services were focused on toolmaking machining such as: injection moulds, patterns, devices, etc. The experience with high precision machining allowed the diversification of the services offered and in the beginning of 80’s Lanmar started to supply parts to the aeronautical industries. From that time on it has been expanding its services to automotive, electronics and more recently to oil extraction industry. In 1986 the first CNC machine was acquired and since then the modernization and improvement of the manufacturing area has been one of the priorities of Lanmar’s investments.
With the purpose to satisfy the customer and to be positioned as a company with a wide range of technology, Lanmar always invests in new technologies. It counts on CNC machines, horizontal and vertical machinery centers, boring machines, Electric Discharge Machining (wire-cutting and die-sinking), horizontal and vertical lathes and high pressure water jet cutting. The next challenge is the implantation of new services such as aerospace forming die-press rubber and surface treatment.
It has about 230 specialized employees and even with the fast growing in the last years, Lanmar kept the structure and the high level of its employees, investing constantly in new resources and good services. Lanmar is 100% Brazilian company and its level can be compared to any other international company.
